Support for Marcos Tulio & Family

Our family is devastated and searching for answers. On January 16th at noon, Marcos Tulio arrived at the ISAP Program office for his mandatory weekly check-in. He has been a compliant participant in this program for years, never missing an appointment.

While Marcos was inside for his ISAP weekly check-in, he was detained inside the facility. We believe that ISAP staff coordinated with ICE, despite their years of compliance. He was quickly moved out of state and is currently being held at a facility in Texas, where communication has been incredibly difficult.

Marcos is the sole provider and the pillar of our home. He leaves behind his heartbroken wife and four children, who are now facing a future without their father’s guidance or financial support.

In these hard times we are asking for donations to help his family out with expenses and legal fees.
