Hello, my name is Meagan Ramey. Recently my family had to make the decision to put my mom, Laura Ramey, on hospice at the young age of 54 due to a terminal illness. As many of you know my mom is huge on helping others whether she has the means to or not. As much as she’d hated to admit it our family is now in a time of need.
Given my moms short life expectancy she has found herself in the position of having to sell her house, to me, so that my sister, Morgan Ramey, can keep her home. With the short notice, increased medical bills, and my mom no longer working, we have found it difficult to come up with the funds for a down payment.
Any funds donated will be used towards the purchase of my mom’s house and making sure that Morgan doesn’t lose the house she’s called home for many years and that will hold many memories of our mom.
