I'm asking for help with donations to hire an immigration lawyer for my spouse. He was detained by ICE on 2/4/2025. He is a huge part of my little family and my son's main caretaker. He takes him to his therapies. He was given a free lawyer in jail, but he turned out to be racist, boasting about sending illegals back to their country and telling my spouse he should just sign to self-deport.

I'm overwhelmed with my two babies, all the bills, paying for a babysitter, and trying to find ways to help him out. As many as you know, getting immigration lawyer is very expensive and it's way too much for myself to pay. My kids, one year old boy and 8 months old girl, are also starting to show behavioral problems with the absence of their dad, and it's breaking my heart. I even had to cancel my son's therapies just because I'm unable to miss work or I will get written up for missing so much work. All I want is to bring him back home because my babies need him. He was a huge part in taking and helping my son during his therapy sessions. Please, any donations will help so I can afford legal help for him to be able to come back home.
