Hi my name is Rana, I am a Palestinian Canadian residing in Alberta and I am reaching out to get support to get 18 of my family members out of Gaza. They've experienced terrible conditions and hardships since the beginning of October. Living in Gaza is terrifying during these times, as bombs are constantly being dropped. Conditions are only getting worse and their lives are constantly at risk. I'm reaching out to raise funds that will help my family leave Gaza, and get away from these catastrophies. I want to relocate them to a safe place outside of Gaza, preferably near me. The expenses are unimaginable, and they need to pay around $8000 per person to leave Gaza.

My family's homes have been destroyed and they were forced to relocate to southern Gaza with minimal to no personal belongings. They are suffering from hunger, dirty water, no electricity, no internet, and they are lacking medical care since the war has began. Citizens of Gaza have experienced and lived through destruction and death, while explosions of bombs surround them, as well as exposure to white phosphorus. These crises do not even highlight the potential life long mental and emotional trauma they are enduring. This is a humanitarian crisis which needs to be stopped, and we need all the support we can get to save as many people as possible who are suffering in Gaza.
