Our Story
From a Father’s Legacy to a Nation’s Hope
JD Hands of Hope was born from love, loss, and a lifelong example of
generosity. Our founder, Victoria, grew up watching her father quietly
support not only his own family but countless children who weren’t his by
birth, offering food, paying school fees, and showing kindness to the
overlooked.
When he passed away in 2017, Victoria felt called to carry on his legacy. She
and her husband, who lost his father the very same year and in the very
same hospital shared a deep resolve: to give vulnerable children the same
care and dignity their fathers had shown others.
In memory of David Olajide and James Omololu, JD Hands of Hope
was created to ensure that no child’s potential is lost to poverty, illness, or
neglect.
We do this one child at a time through education, health
interventions, and life essentials.
