YES litter pick initiative

My name is Peter Laing & I'm crowdfunding for YES branded litter bags.

The polls are showing growing support for Scottish Independence.

There is new energy in the YES Movement with activists looking for new ways to promote the positive message of Independence.

 

In Ayrshire, we’ve launched a NEW initiative that we want to spread across the whole of Scotland, but to do this we need your support.

 

 

It’s a simple idea,

 

We have made “YES” branded bags that we use for litter picks in areas blighted by litter. The benefits are multiple:

 

1 It gives the YES movement visibility,

2 We are doing something positive in our communities,

3 We are mobilising teams of activists and re-invigorating our YES groups,

4 It gets us out chatting to people about our positive vision for Scotland,

5 We are making Scotland a better place.

 

You may have seen our Litter Picks on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/believeinscotland.org/permalink/3912742128988221), if so, you’ll know about the interest that they have generated with YES activists across Scotland. We want to capitalise on this and creatre a Nationwide movement to clean up our country and to keep showing the Public that the YES movement is still Active and working for change.

 

But we need your support.

 

To date, we have hand made YES bags, but we can only produce small volumes and we can’t produce enough fast enough to keep up with the growing demand. Fortunately, we can get these bags professionaly manufatured, but we need to place a minimum order of 2500 bags at a costs of £1200

 

What we will do for you!

 

If you just want to donate to help us make this a Scotland wide initiative, then that’s brilliant, we’re not asking that you go out litter picking.

 

BUT, if you do want to start litter picking for Independence in your area and want some YES bags, you can donate and get YES Bags as a reward.

 

If we can raise £1200 to buy an initial 2500 bags, we will offer the foillowing rewards:

• £10 Donation = 25 bags

•

£20 Donation = 50 bags

•

£50 Donation = 125 bags

•

£100 Donation = 250 bags

after donation, I will message you for your address if you would like the YES bags delivered against your donation.
