Yearly Expense for Maktabah

Assalamualaykum Warahmatullaahi Warabakatuhu,
The Maktabah opened up last September 2022, with just 5 brothers contributing to open up a place of Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf. It took a lot of courage, determination, and sacrifice of each one's time, to keep the Maktabah running.
The masjid's rent is $1300 + tax/month.
The rent to keep the Sisters section would be $400 + tax/month.
The websites, server and hosting fee, salah times app, internet, flyer printing etc amount to $250-$500/month.
Activities
- We met with our teachers Shaykh Hasan As Somali, and Shaykh Anwar Wright during the Umrah trip last November, where they advised us.
- We are also constantly being advised by our teacher Shaykh Moosa Richardson concerning our educational activities.
- We are in constant contact with brothers from TROID, who aid us with time and advice in running the Makatabah and administering different activities.
- We currently have weekly Quran classes on Saturday and Sunday with UStaadh Ahsan, a student of Jami Umm ul Qura.
- We hold weekly sessions on Saturday, where brothers come together and study from the books of the scholars.
The Makatabah has tripled in size since its inception and now is able to accomodate our growing community. The brothers section became 2 fold and we were able to acquire an independant sisters section, which previously was a storage room from the store downstais.
We humbly request your financial support to keep the doors of the Maktabah open and let the sisters enjoy and benefit from the bigger room.
