Help a Gaza family rebuild their lives from scratch

Hello, I am Sarah,

a Palestinian who has lived my entire life in Gaza, and it was the most beautiful country for me.

My family consists of 5 people. We were 6, but we lost the most precious person in our lives in 2022, my brother Karim, 15 years old, after his struggle with malignant cancer. We lived the worst and most difficult days of our lives, and we have not overcome our sadness and longing for him until this day. We are now a family of 3 girls, Sarah, my older sister Ruba, my younger sister Yara, my mother and father. We lived the second worst days of our lives in this war, as we woke up to the sounds of terrifying missiles, then our house was bombed on the third day of the war, and we could not take anything from it. We only escaped with our lives, and my father’s shops were bombed. Then we went to the middle area in Nusairat, then to Rafah. We spent more than 7 months in the war, spending them between hunger, fear, anxiety, and diseases due to the lack of water and eating only canned foods. Then we escaped with ourselves to Egypt after paying a huge sum of money, as we had little money left that was not enough for anything to be able to return and then we got a visa to canada and we moved to canada recently in july 2024 so now we trying to rebuild our lives so we really need your support to rebuild our lives after we lost everything we own. My dream in Gaza was to be a famous beautician and I started achieving this dream 4 months before the war started but unfortunately I have no dream left except to be able to stand on our feet after we lost everything we own.
