Hello, my name is Rachel Chocron, I am 19 years old, and I am starting this gofundme for me and my family; my sister and mother. We have recently lost my father, it was extremely hard but the same day, my mother unfortunately and unexpectedly suffered a stroke, dealing huge loss for the remainder of me and my sister. After a few weeks hospitalized, my mother finally came home, but our current house we are renting is no longer fit for my mom’s needs and financial reasons. Our multiple storied home became too much for our mom’s disability, and we could no longer afford it, so we decided to move to a single story home, much smaller and quiet for our family to start a new life, and easier for my mother to navigate around the home. It’s been nothing but miracles and we have been so truly grateful for the help we have received by all of our friends and loved ones. To be able to move into this new home, the security deposit is a big goal we have in order to finally receive a new home, with all our new medical expenses and my fathers funeral, we are asking for any help we can to begin a new life.
