Nikki McIlroy is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Corey and Sierra Estep:
In 2013, Corey and Sierra received the unbearable news, that they would be unable to naturally have children. Their hearts were completely broken. Corey and Sierra have tried to conceive for the past 11 years without success. (Corey wrote about his personal journey of dealing with male infertility on his blog. You will want to read it. I cried the first time reading it. You will feel the complete rawness in his words and see the open transparency. You can read that here:

Within the past few months, the Esteps received some great news. They were told by their doctors that they could likely conceive through the process of IVF. They are thrilled about this news. As you may know, IVF is expensive. This Go Fund Me Page is to help them bear the weight of the cost for In Vitro Fertilization.
Their Story:
Corey and Sierra were married the summer of July 9, 2010. They have served Jesus in full time ministry for a little over a decade in 3 churches (South Dakota, Florida, and Kansas). They served in youth ministry for 7 years, and in 2019, the Esteps moved to Pittsburg, KS where Corey became the lead pastor at a church replant.
Throughout Corey and Sierra’s life they have selflessly dedicated themselves to serving God and others. Those of you who know them personally would 100% agree.
Who I am:
I am Nikki McIlroy and I am married to Sierra’s brother, Steven. I asked Corey and Sierra if I could start a GoFundMe on their behalf. We have seen first hand their genuine love, care, and sacrifice for us and our 4 children.
We have seen first hand, during their marriage, that they have showed so much happiness to friends and family that were expecting children of their own. But we saw their heartbreak knowing that they could not experience that joy for themselves.
The Plan:
Beginning in March or April, or whenever sufficient funds are raised. Corey and Sierra will move forward with the recommended treatment: In Vitro Fertilization (without embryo disposal).
After asking them what they need, they gave me this financial breakdown from the fertility treatment organization.
- They need $31,000 to pay for In Vitro Fertilization, in Kansas City, MO.
- They have already saved $5,000.
- This leaves $26,000 for this fundraiser.
I know they have thoroughly invested of their own time and finances into so many others, and now this is an opportunity for others to invest back into them.
