This is  Curtis and Peggy Sue Welty who have been in the process of adopting Tobias for the last three years.  As the process should be coming to an end in the next month or two [hopefully], we are asking for help to recoup some of the finical burdens this process has placed on us.  In the beginning, we had to spend this money on our lawyer to help convince the courts we were the right people to become the parents of Tobias.   We have accumulated some major credit card debt and would to get out of it as soon as possible.  The amount we are asking for in this campaign is just a part of the debt we have.
