My name is Moemen Alashqar, and I'm reaching out to you in a time of desperate need. I'm a 27-year-old civil engineer from the northern region of the Gaza Strip. My family and I have recently faced a devastating loss - our home was completely destroyed in the conflict with Israel.

The situation in Gaza is dire, and we fear for our safety every day. With no home to return to, we urgently need to evacuate to Rafah, where we hope to find some semblance of safety and stability. However, crossing the borders to Egypt comes with significant financial barriers.

Each person's evacuation costs approximately $5000 due to the logistical challenges and dangers involved and the rest will be for the Gofundme fees and for the living cost in Egypt. For my family, the financial burden is overwhelming.
