Support Medical Care for the Less Privileged

My name is Kayemba Charles, and I come from the Kasana Community in Uganda. We have created this GoFundMe campaign to raise urgent funds for vulnerable members of our community who are in desperate need of medical care and support.

Right now, there are people in our community suffering from serious illnesses who cannot afford the treatment they need. Many are living in pain and fear because they lack the resources to access basic medical services. Without help, their conditions could worsen—or even become life-threatening.
