Trying to help my dad.

I'm trying to raise money for my dad. In February, he had to go in for neck surgery and has not been released by his doctor to go back to work driving a truck. He now needs a second neck surgery and, according to his neurosurgeon, will not be able to go back to work for another 6-8 months, if ever. He has had to use all of his savings to pay his bills and he has no other way of bringing in any income. My dad is my hero. He's hard working and will help anyone - it is really hard for him to be in a position where he can't work and needs help from other people. We would be extremely grateful for any help you can give.
