As many of you know our dear friend, Kate Nettles, and her husband Matt had a beautiful baby boy on January 29th. Dean was born with many health complications accompanied with Trisomy 21 and being born when Kate was only 30 weeks pregnant. He was in the hospital for over 100 days! He was finally able to come home this past Saturday!! Medical expenses, past and future, will be challenging for Kate and Matt.
