Through donated time and contributions from the community members, our goal is to erect this plaque in honor of two great men who gave so much time and energy to the youth programs in Mt. Shasta California.
This plaque has been approved to be erected at the Mt. Shasta Little League Park. There will be a tree planted, plaque installed with stand, a bench and a future ceremony (August 2020 TBD) at the site.
The Mt. Shasta Sportsman's Den has been kind enough to give me short term credit until this campaign can be funded, so any immediate contributions are greatly appreciated!
As an individual, these men were my mentors, coaches, very dear to heart and genuinely good humans. Over the years I have observed them influencing many athletes in our community.
I am grateful to Mike Rodriguez at the Mt. Shasta Recreation Department for his assistance in facilitating this project, and to the members of the Youth Sports Park of Mt. Shasta.
