Hi everyone, We are grateful for this opportunity to reach out for help for an amazing young woman that has grown through many adversities and is striving to be an example to her 4 children.  Here is her story.  We are honored to know her and any help and assistance would be greatly appreciated even 1$.  As she mentions below she must be out of her housing by August 31st and has no where to go and not much funds.  We are doing our best to personally help her but we believe in the power of human connection and are hoping to raise as much money as possible.  Thank you for taking the time to read a small portion of her journey.  The funds will be used immediately to fund her housing, food, and basic needs.  The support would mean a lot to her and her adorable 4 children.  


Hello my name is Shay, and I am a single mother of four young children. Ages 7, 4, 3 and 1. For the past year, my children were in foster care. Their father and I made some mistakes that lead to our children needing to be removed from our care. 


I have made substantial progress. Completing all court orders and personally growing, I have recently earned back full custody of my children! Their father and I are no longer together as of several months ago. So it is just my children and I, as he is only allowed to have them on weekends.


Right as I was getting my children back, I have also been told I need to move out. The owner of the property I live on is selling and we have to be out on Monday, August 31st. I have also had to wait for childcare to come through and have not been able to work my full time job for about 3 weeks now.


My children need so much love and care through this transition. And with us being kicked out of our house, waiting on childcare, waiting on foodstamps.. my funds have depleted.


We are in great need of help in this emergency. Please help me keep a roof over our heads. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
