My sister and her amazing wife have just become instant moms to 5 of the most deserving kiddos there are. Through no fault of their own, our nieces and nephews have found themselves in the throes of a life filled with the repercussions of parents facing severe drug addiction. Lindsay and Sarah have so fervently fought to help all 5 of these babies not only stay together as siblings, but to get out of a situation NO child deserves to endure. Addiction is the devil. Ideally, this will turn out to be a wake up call and their parents will hopefully get clean, get jobs and secure a safe home to eventually start reunification. But, for now, and after an all too prolonged run with DHS and the court system, Lindsay and Sarah have stepped in to be that loving and stable home. Please help us fund becoming an instant family of 7! Lindsay and Sarah are both such hard workers, but this is a big lifestyle change. Moneys will go towards travel between Idaho and Oklahoma for court appointments, clothes, toiletries, shoes, toys, games etc for the kids, school supplies for their new schools, suddenly needing to feed 7 people 3 meals a day plus snacks, and so many other mounting costs as they all begin this journey!
