Honoring Chase Adams: A Memorial Fundraiser to Support His Family
It is with heavy hearts that we come together to remember and honor the life of Chase Adams, a cherished member of the Blackfoot community, who tragically passed away following a devastating accident on the evening of May 20, 2025.
Chase, 47, was struck by a vehicle while jogging around 6:45 p.m. A witness immediately stopped to perform CPR, and Chase was transported to Bingham Memorial Hospital. Despite the valiant efforts of the bystander and medical team, Chase succumbed to his injuries.
Chase was known for his unwavering kindness, dedication to his family, and active involvement in the community. His sudden passing has left a void in the lives of all who knew him. As one friend expressed, "Chase was one of a kind... a well-known and respected member of our little town in Idaho." His loss is deeply felt not only by his family but also by friends near and far who recall his unwavering support and unconditional love. One friend shared, "There are some bonds and connections so strong that neither time nor distance can weaken them. Chase always made me feel loved, accepted, safe, and seen. The world always felt better with him in it."
Chase was a constant source of support and inspiration for those around him. As a cousin poignantly recalled, "Chase always honored our connection, never gave up on me, and always gave me support, love, and solace. The world will not be the same without him."
He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Adams; brother Stacy Dean Adams; grandparents, Dean and LaRue Adams, and John Arvard and June Grimmett.
Chase is survived by his wife, Nikki Adams, and their 3 children (26, 20, and 7 years old), who are mourning this loss. He is also survived by his mother, Nancy Adams; siblings, Angie, Jaime, Mary, and Derick; along with many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly and enjoyed spending time with.
We are initiating this fundraiser to support Chase's family during this incredibly difficult time. The funds will go directly to the family and assist with funeral expenses, and provide support during this time of need. Your contribution will offer much-needed relief and allow the family to focus on healing.
As the family has expressed, "We appreciate all the love and support that we as a family have received in this tragic time. Chase was loved by everyone he met and even more so by his family."
Together, we can honor Chase's memory and support his family. Every donation, no matter the size, is a testament to the love and solidarity we share.
Please consider donating and sharing this campaign.
Your kindness and generosity mean the world to a family navigating unimaginable loss, thank you,
The Adams and extended family
