Dear Friends and Kind Supporters,
We are reaching out on behalf of our dear friend and valued community member of the Odia Samaj , Late Manoj Mohanty, who tragically lost his life on June 27, 2026, at the age of just 40, after drowning at Pinta Beach during a family day out, turning what should have been a joyful time with his loved ones into an unimaginable tragedy.
Manoj was a loving husband, a devoted father, and the primary earner for his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife and their 3-year-old daughter, Samyra, who was the absolute center of his world. His sudden departure has left an unimaginable void.
As they cope with this devastating tragedy, and while still coping with the challenges of sending his body back to India, his wife Satabdi now faces the overwhelming challenge of raising their young daughter alone in Germany, far from their family and support system in India.
We are raising funds to provide them with critical stability during this heartbreaking time.
