Help me fight for my girls

Ugh these are not easy to do, but unfortunately we have been thrown in a situation where I have no options left but to ask for help.

For those that don’t know us we are a family of myself, my 3 girls, and our 4 dogs.

We are currently living in my childhood home, the home i grew up with my father in, who passed away from cancer some years back. It’s my last remaining physical tie to him, minus my senior dog, Old Man Pete. It’s the house my grandfather worked for till the day he died.

Well 2 years ago my now ex bought this house from my family, receiving quite a deal as it meant a lot to keep it in the family.

Unfortunately my name was put on nothing, even my phone and car.

Yesterday he posted an eviction for us, it does appear to not be done through the courts but sadly yesterday also brought a letter where he has not paid on the house since buying it. So it will start the foreclosure process in the beginning of April

I have stayed hopeful he would not put his family on the streets and do a legal rent to own contract so our girls could stay in the house we love but sadly he refuses.

So now we are faced with finding a place with not much time in a housing market that is almost impossible

When i lose our home i also lose my successful dog grooming business as i work from home. So now i will also be faced with our youngest having to be put in daycare so i can go work for someone.

My car, that i pay the payments on and that we traded my truck in for is also in his name so i am facing no car.

And my phone that i pay for he shut off, for 7 years i built a business on that phone and it’s gone.

And now will be faced with yet another custody battle as i will fight with everything i have to protect my girls.

I work hard and do everything in my power for my family but unfortunately he has put me in an impossible situation and i am left with no options but to ask for help.
