Mens Suicide Awareness

James Ewens was my older big brother, He was 26 when he decided to take his own life leaving his Daughter and loving family behind.

After years of using drink and drugs as a emotional rebound and a coping mechanism, My Second suicide attempt was my final time at rock bottom and decided to chose life with the help from my loving family, My two children, Friends and support from my Employers.

Not Everyone has that support group around them but charity's like MENS MATTERS offer that support.

84 men take there own lives in the UK each week, THAT NEEDS TO STOP !!

I now celebrate sobriety and now would like to raise awareness and support for other Men that are where I was at my lowest.

I will be climbing Snowdon on June 14th to raise funds for MENS MINDS MATTERS and hope you can make a small donation if possible.

Thanks for reading and Thank you in advanced. X
