Helping Ukrainians

Hi! My husband and I are international school teachers. We normally spend our summers traveling and I always blog about our travels. We have dedicated this summer to helping Ukrainians in need. We arrived in Poland, and before we had been on the ground 3 hours we were already meeting with organizers. So far, we've helped out at a refugee shelter and at a warehouse preparing for transports over the border.
If you donate, I promise every penny will go to helping others. We're not broke. We're buying plane tickets; we can pay for our own lodging and feed ourselves. We donate $500 USD a month to Rescue dot org. We're no slouches. We don't need any money for ourselves. But every dollar helps in these situations. If you donate, it will go to buying gas for the car for transport, buying supplies, and feeding people. The more money we have, the more people we can help.
You can keep track of everything we do by following me online so you can watch your money being put to good use in real-time. When we have to return to work, I promise to hand any unspent money over to a shelter.
