Please Help Support My Brother and His Family
Friday night, our world stopped. My brother was in a horrific semi-truck accident on the Turnpike while driving home. The call that no family ever wants to receive became our reality and the drive to him was the longest, most gut-wrenching hour of our lives. By nothing short of a miracle, he survived.
But now, he’s facing a terrifying and uncertain road ahead. He is the sole provider for his family, the one who works tirelessly to make sure his children have everything they need. And now, through no fault of his own, everything has been turned upside down. His job has already let him go before he’s even had a chance to be evaluated by doctors to determine what medical episode may have caused the crash.
He’s scared...scared to get behind the wheel again until he knows what happened, and until doctors can assure him that he won’t be a danger to himself or anyone else. And if you know my brother, you know how deeply this breaks him. He’s never been one to ask for help, he’s the guy who gives the shirt off his back, who shows up for anyone, at any time, no questions asked.
Now, he’s the one who needs us.
He’s lost so much, yet still manages to find gratitude in the simple fact that he’s alive to hug his kids. But the truth is the future feels heavy and uncertain. Bills are piling up, the holidays are fast approaching, and this family is doing their best just to keep their heads above water while trying to heal from the emotional trauma of it all.
We are asking from the bottom of our hearts , if you can, please help. Every little bit helps keep food on the table, lights on in the home, and hope alive while he figures out his next steps. Even if you can’t donate, please share this link, say a prayer, or send a message of love and encouragement.
This family has been through the unimaginable but I know the power of community, faith, and compassion can help lift them up. Thank you for rallying around my brother the way he’s always done for others. Your kindness and support mean more than words can express. ❤️
