My sister and brother in-law's world was turned upside down when their beautiful baby boy, Louis, arrived far too early. The neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) became their new reality. A place of incredible strength, but also overwhelming uncertainty. The days that followed were a rollercoaster of hope and fear as he fought with a strength that belied his tiny size.

In the midst of this difficult journey, we found an incredible source of comfort and support in a charity called SSNAP. They provided a listening ear on the hardest days and the quiet understanding that can only come from people who truly know the NICU world. Though our hearts were broken when our sweet Louis passed away at just 25 days old, SSNAP’s unwavering support was a lifeline, making the unbearable just a little more bearable.

That's why I'm fundraising. In loving memory of Louis, I want to give back to the charity that supported our family when we needed it most.
