Sicily became seriously ill while traveling with her mom to Mexico. She is currently hospitalized and is attempting to get a medical evacuation to come back to the United States. She had her appendix burst and during surgery complications resulted in her being left in critical condition. She is currently hospitalized and fighting for her life on a ventilator as we pray for her recovery. As an American citizen she has no coverage that will pay for her bills in Mexico and we want to ensure that once she is back and healthy, those costs don’t become an issue for her mom, who is her only parent. We are all waiting for her to come home back to us along with her mother and grandmother. 

We’re asking for donations to get Sicily back home and to pay for her ongoing treatment in Mexico. Please and thank you.

Sicily se enfermó gravemente mientras viajaba con su madre a México. Actualmente se encuentra hospitalizada e intenta obtener una evacuación médica para regresar a los Estados Unidos. Su apéndice se reventó y, durante la cirugía, complicaciones la dejaron en estado crítico. Actualmente se encuentra hospitalizada y luchando por su vida con un respirador artificial, mientras oramos por su recuperación. Como ciudadana estadounidense, no tiene seguro médico que cubra sus gastos en México y queremos asegurarnos de que, una vez que regrese y esté sana, esos costos no se conviertan en un problema para su madre, quien es sola madre.
