Help Olivia get a car❤️

Hello, my name is Amber Paulson. My daughter Olivia spent this last summer saving her money to purchase a car which we offered to match whatever she saved. She spent $2,000 on what she thought was a solid car that she had picked out in Bloomer, WI. Two days after getting the car she heard a loud noise while driving. The people who sold her the car (a college age girl and her father who seemed trustworthy) had welded the car without letting Olivia know and the weld broke. We attempted to recoup the money but they wouldn't budge. We also paid to have the car towed to a local welder and he said it wouldn't be safe to fix it. She has been very sad and we are trying to pull our money to help her get something. If you are able to help, we appreciate it so much!
