Hi everyone, Here is my family story, which consists of my wife and my little son. His name is Zain and he is one and a half years old. We were living a normal and happy life like any other family before the 7th of October. Having our own home that holds us together as well as my own work that allows us to live at a very good financial and social level. " By the way, I am a dentist." Unfortunately, on 7th October 2023, everything changed due to war. We have been forced to leave our home at midnight due to air strikes, so I carried my little son and woke up my wife to run in the street away from the bombings. I can't forget how my sweet son looked at me during that moment, He looked extremely shocked.

Unfortunately, we have lost our sweet home and everything inside " clothes, furniture, my son's toys which had been given to him as a birthday gift the day before the war and on top of that, our memories " as well as my own clinic due to air strikes. In addition, we have been forced to leave the city due to bombings all over it to another one where we don't know anyone to provide us with shelter.

Luckily, I was saving some money so I could put up with everything. I thought that war would stay for a few days before it ends, but sadly, I was wrong.

Today is the 140 of war and still exists. Literally, we are living in the street and have no shelter but a small tent, we are suffering from many diseases from time to time due to polluted water, cold weather, and bad nutrition. Even if I would find good products, it would be out of reach. The situation here is terrible, disastrous, and terrifying. Basically, I have lost everything except my family, who I am fighting to keep them alive.

I feel sorry when I wake up at midnight to feel my little son's hands and find them freezing, I feel sorry when I see Zain suffering from diarrhea due to polluted water and his face looks dry and faint while I can't provide him with the proper medication, I feel sorry when my little son is starving while I can't provide him with the proper nutrition his body needs, I feel sorry when Zain wakes up at midnight and firmly hug his mom as he afraid of bombings, I feel sorry that my little son can't live a normal life like any other babies in the world.

As the war took everything we have built for years, we decided to start a new life by escape away from this war to another country to allow our little son to live a normal life, free of bombings and fears.

• Immigration agent's fees

16000 £ for each person. For the family as a whole ( 3 persons ) 45,000 £

• Airport facilities to get into Egypt as a transit due to war obstacles at the airport :

5,000 £ for adult.

2.5,000 £ for child.

My family, two adults, and one child, the total = 12.5,000 £.

• The minimum living costs in Egypt for two months until the UNHCR provides us resettlement referral 5,000 £.

The total fund required 62,000 £.
