Hi everyone,

We are Frank and Genae Simelane, we got married in the beautiful city of Amsterdam 3 years ago and are a family of 3 with our 1 year old baby boy Ezra.

Frank was born in South Africa and moved to the United Kingdom to study IT in university. His upbringing was plagued with abandonment from his father at the age of five, sexual abuse, unhappiness, hatred and porn addiction. When he joined the International Christian Churches his life changed after he got baptised and that's when his missionary journey began. After graduating and working in the IT industry, he decided to pursue a calling in which he can impact lives and stopped pursuing his IT dream. He has been effective in helping teenagers in London from knife crime, moved and led a church in Birmingham England which grew successfully and made an impact in Birmingham and moved to the Netherlands as a missionary to lead the Amsterdam church which has been growing.

Genae was born and raised in the Netherlands. After overcoming deep depression, suicide attempts, drunkenness and immoral relationships. She too found true happiness and peace by pursuing a relationship with God. In 2020 she was baptised and joined the Amsterdam International Christian Church. Since then her life has been able to be a message of hope for many women and even on TV. She recently got appointed as a Women's Ministry Leader in our churches, after giving up a career as a nurse to become a women's spiritual mentor and leader.

We have both dedicated our lives and time to enriching other people's lives, of all ages and genders. We have helped marriages and helped individuals find love, we mentor the youth and have a thriving working professionals group. We have also recently sent out a church to the wonderful island of Curacao and it's already making an impact.

We are raising money so we can dedicate all our time to help other young men and women to find stability in this unstable world. We aim to continue providing liberation to the addictions that many face in Amsterdam. We usually offer free bible studies which has led to many finding a new life in Christ.

We will do this through organising weekly activities, exciting events and mentorship times to help the students have fun without being in a unsafe environment. We have built a community of young, diverse and vibrant students in Amsterdam and we aim to continue doing so in the coming year with many more joining.

The money we receive will be used to sustain us by paying for venues for our activities, paying full-time and part-time staff and sustaining our new church in Curacao.
