Xcel Gymnastics equipment replacement

Dear all

On Sunday 5th January 2025 a day before our WAG and Acro gymnasts were due to return from Christmas leave, we discovered a devastating leak. On entering the building large amounts of rain water was pouring from the roof causing a significant amount of water damage to our equipment. In order for no further damage to be occur we need urgent roof repairs. This is not covered by insurance sadly under the terms of the lease. We are asking for donations to help fix our roof as soon as possible

Due to this the following equipment has been damaged:

-Foam pit

-Trampoline

-Mats surrounding the vault, beam, bars and floor

These will all need replacing as well as the roof repairs.

As you can imagine, we are devastated and know our gymnasts will be too. Please be assured we are working behind the scenes to find a solution. Whilst we can open we cannot train efficiently for up and coming competitions.

As stated above we are raising funds to cover urgent roof repairs and other additional costs not covered by insurance.
