On January 17, our lives were forever changed by the heartbreaking passing of Melinda following a tragic, freak accident when a tree came down during the recent severe storms, as the family was heading off together on holiday. While we are profoundly grateful that her husband and two young boys were physically unharmed, their world has been changed forever.

Melinda was a person of rare and genuine beauty, defined by a kindness that felt effortless and a heart that was always open. As a mother, she was the steady, loving anchor of her boys’ lives, and as a wife and daughter, she gave herself fully to those she loved. She possessed a quiet, radiant grace and a gift for being truly present in every moment, making everyone around her feel valued and deeply cared for.
