Ardscoil Rís India Immersion 2024

Hi everyone, my name is Malachy McKenna and I am a Transition Year student in Ardscoil Rís. This October, I and eleven other students from my school will be travelling to Kolkatta in India as part of an immersion programme.

While we are in Kolkatta we will be working with orphanages, schools and the homeless. The purpose of the fundraiser is to provide care and support for the places we will be visiting and to allow them to have the essential services they need.

All funds raised will be going towards the families, children, orphanages and schools that we will be helping and none of it will be going towards flights or travel expenses. Every bit of money raised will have a huge impact on the people we meet in India and we will be able to see how the money is used to affect lives while we are there.
