WHO ARE WE?
She Is You is a community of women from diverse backgrounds. We exist to empower the next generation of female leaders. We provide resources, mentoring, and workshops to help primarily support young women transition from education into the workplace.
OUR STORY
Over the last three years we have been interviewing women across the country from different backgrounds who are thriving in their career, community and academia.
We asked these women to share candidly about their lives, journeys and how they got to where they are today – the running theme being things that they would’ve told their younger selves.
Our goal for the ‘Dear Future Self’ programme was to present positive female role models to the next generation of young women. We successfully achieved this over the course of 5 weeks hearing from inspiring female leaders such as Zenovia Grant, Camille Johnson, Renata Joseph and many more. As well as being inspired by many reputable women throughout the programme, we also set the challenge of writing a letter to your future self (feel free to click on the link below if you would like to write a letter to your future self). We believe that stories are important and there is POWER in ONE’s story. Our hope is that this programme has left a long-lasting positive impact on the lives of those who took part, whilst also exposing young women to the various career paths available to them.

HOW YOUR DONATION WILL INCREASE OUR IMPACT
Each donation will allow us to print more copies of our workbook Dear Future Self Volume One, enabling a young person to envision and create the future that they see for themselves. While reading the book, readers will get an opportunity to draw inspiration from the words on the page and draw out their own ideas and goals for themselves. Allowing them to put this resource into action.
To show our gratitude to any donors, we will be extending a private invitation to our book launch and all donors names will be listed and acknowledged within the printed copy of our workbook.
