Hi everyone,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share some sad news. On February 4th, 2025, our former colleague, Tom Kell, tragically passed away in a traffic accident while on vacation in Thailand.

Tom worked with Flix from October 2016 to March 2020 and was a key player in co-creating the Agile Transformation that helped shape the Flix Tech 2.0 structure we know today. His contributions and presence made a real difference, and he’ll be missed by all of us.

We know he also left a legacy in the other companies he supported, the agile coach community and his volleyball crew.
