Hello everyone,
In anticipation of significant disruption to the community in response to the coronavirus pandemic, SCVH has prepared to ensure OUR MISSION can continue, to help as many in our community as possible! In order to do this, SCVH is seeking your HELP! We are asking for a donation big or small. All proceeds from this will help our doors remain open to continue to serve our community.
Our organization relies on the generosity of individuals like you. Your support keeps our doors open and our programs running free of charge. We are a nonprofit 501 © (3) charity organization, so all donations are tax deductible and your participation in this, and other events make our services possible.
Effectively, our mission at Santa Clara Valley Hospice is to help those in our community who can benefit from services we provide. Such as our free medical equipment lending program, which allows those in need to borrow the equipment for as long as they need free of charge. We also provide incontinence supplies, nutritional drinks, grief and caregiver support groups/ classes with volunteer respite hours for caregivers, and case management with service referrals to local programs and resources.
