Santa Clara Valley Hospice, The Home Support Group, Inc. is a 501 (c)3 non profit that was first established in 1980. We have been serving the Santa Clara River Valley communities of Santa Paula, Fillmore, Piru, Somis, El Rio and Saticoy, and other underserved communities for over 40 years! We support seniors & adults with disabilities and help make the hospice. By providing at no cost necessary medical equipment (DME) and supplies, incontinence supplies, resources and caregiver and grief support and more.
