Elaine Gehrke funeral & burial expenses

Things have taken a turn, Elaine was admitted to the hospital as she was having headaches and double vision.....after her MRI they have concluded that she has a tumor growing on her skull that is pressing on an optic nerve which is making her lose control of her eyes. If untreated she will eventually go blind, Unfortunately it is inoperable and the only course of action is radiation treatments. Please help where you can. Elaine has been through so much, and her family has too.

Hi, my name is Susan Kermoade. I am fundraising for my sister & her family.

My sister, Elaine, has been diagnosed with cancer. After almost 3 weeks, they finally received her biopsy results from the Mayo Clinic. She has been diagnosed with Nut Midline Carcinoma. It's a very rare & aggressive form of cancer. Nut midline carcinoma is so rare that there is no standard treatment for it, is difficult to treat as it is tends to grow quickly and can become resistant to treatment. In 3 weeks, the spot on her lung had doubled in size. A recent MRI shows it's already attaching to her heart & esophagus. There is no known survival rate & they are giving her 6-9 months.

Her family could use some help with these unexpected costs & unfortunately what will be coming in the near future. She doesnt have any kind life insurance so her family will need help with funeral expenses & final as they are only giving her 6-9 months. Her husband will need immediate help as they are now down to one income.

This has totally blindsided her immediate family as well as the rest of us. This should not be happening, she's our baby sister!!!!!
