Wyatt has loved to 3D print various items since his first 3D printer kit purchased in 2015. As soon as he heard about a project to 3D print respirator masks to help match the shortage of masks in hospitals locally and through the country; his fun changed. Wyatt has been working his 3D printer 24 hours a day to meet demands and print as many masks as possible. Not once since March 31st has Wyatt stopped printing masks.
Sadly, meeting demands is difficult. The reusable shells that he is printing goes along with replacement cartridges so that the mask can be reused while the cartridges are replaced. More shells are needed. The only way Wyatt can do this is with more 3D printers. Wyatt has even got his original 3D printing kit working again to pump out a few more per day.
The goal of this fundraiser is to add 2 new 3D printers (at least) and any additional to go to the filament used to create these masks. The end users of these masks are now mostly in Anne Arundel, however; masks have been distributed nationwide.
Any and all contributions are appreciated to help Wyatt make as many masks as possible.
His heart is in this; and the cause is extremely important.
