Moving on

I'm raising money because I live in an apartment complex that are slumlords. For the last 9 months they have been terrible at repairing and fixing things. Back in July when it was over 100 degrees they kept putting it off to fix my air conditioner that wasn't blowing out cold air then two weeks ago, my washer that's included flooded and was so bad it went into my neighbors unit underneath me and they refused to come do anything until 12 hours later even though we have 24 hour maintenance and didn't bring me a air vac until another 7 hours later. I informed that I have seen a roach twice and took pictures and they told me we are responsible for pest control in our own unit. I bombed my unit but how long is that gong to last if one of my neighbors has them and it gets worse??? I've never lived in a place so horrible, I was out of a washer for 5 days, I have two small children . A 10 year old and a 6 month old, I need to wash clothes. They told me they would not reimburse me if I had to go to the laundry mat or if I not the carpet cleaned... We can't live like this, you're suppose to be comfortable in your home. I had the city come out and they couldn't do anything either. I pay $795 a month for a dump.
