Hi, my name is Shaun. I am opening up a GoFundme to help my brother, Albert (92 years old) living in Three Oaks, MI.

Albert has always been a hard worker. Father of five, WWII Marine veteran, 30+ years with TWA/AA (O'Hare), along with other part-time endeavors. Recently widowed.

Why I'm fundraising

The love of his life, Dorothy, was diagnosed with MS. Over the years, as the disease progressed, it required Albert's full attention and resources, until her death. That being said, his home was somewhat neglected. And, now his health in in decline.

The impact of your support

Albert's home is in need of a new HVAC. He endured the past summer with a fan, and the heat for winter is not dependable.

The homes plumbing and well system is deteriorating. No pressure. Water non-drinkable.

Electrical wiring is no longer up to code and cannot support grounded plugs.

Albert's favorite way to relax was sitting outside on his back deck. The deck has deteriorated and become too dangerous .

You could easily say, "Why doesn't he move?". And I would say, "You come and try to reassign a 92 year old Marine to a new post!".

Repair estimates are $40k-$50k.
