Hi I'm Stuart. I'm currently battling bowel cancer, I've undergone 5 weeks of radiotherapy and 4 rounds of chemotherapy and now need a major operation.

I have 4 children the youngest of which is disabled with cerebral palsy amongst a lot of other issues so my wife doesn't work as she is his full time carer.

I have tried to work throughout my treatment as I am the only income we have. But as the treatment has gone on it's been more and more difficult resulting in me using up all my holidays and now being frequently off sick, but my company does not pay sick pay so I'm getting behind with bills and panicking about how we will survive financially when I have my operation in 2 weeks as that will mean 6 to 8 weeks off work with no wages.

Please could you help just to get me through this period so I can pay rent and bills and have one less thing to worry about. My family and I appreciate any help we could get.
