I can’t link both Charitys together but they’ll go straight to the charity linked

I’m raising money for Age UK in honour of someone incredibly special to me — Jess, who I proudly call my second mum.

A few years ago, Jess suffered a stroke, and sadly, she now lives with Alzheimer’s. Mentally, she’s no longer with us in the way we remember. Life has completely changed for her, and for all of us who love her so deeply.

Jess is a loving mother, a devoted wife, a best friend, and soon — a nana. Her first grandchild is due this year, and although she may not fully understand what’s happening, we are doing this for them too — so one day, that baby will know just how loved and strong their nana was.

Age UK has been a lifeline. Their support, care, and kindness have been incredible. Without them, Jess wouldn’t have the help she needs — and we wouldn’t have the emotional support that keeps us going.

I’m doing this not just for Jess, but for the whole family — her husband Wayne, her children Hannah and Ethan, and her other daughter my self and her grandchild who will be born this year . We all miss her old self every single day, but we try to carry on with love, laughter, and strength — just like she would’ve wanted.
