OUR ASK
Help us directly invest dollars, time and energy into our local communities of color. We're collecting funds to distribute to, benefit and center women of color small business founders in Oregon. Money raised goes towards women creating spaces (digital & physical) for boss women to connect, inspire and thrive.

This is a unique program founded in 2022 by ALIST LLC Filipina-identifying owner Amanda Mailey to connect thousands of small business owners to find the help they need in each other. Her work has been recognized by Portland Monthly Magazine, Portland Business Journal, and KOIN 6 News.

Your donation is combined with sponsorship dollars and ticket sales to create a WSW community fund that subsidizes part of the ticket price (aka Treating a Boss), which makes these experiences more accessible and all funds are distributed across women business owners coming together to support other women entrepreneurs in true WSW (women supporting women) action.

IMPACT
From February 23, 2022 to November 15, 2023, WSW has gathered together 15 times, at 15 different women owned locations, as a collective of over 400 boss women, raising and then distributing $55,362.73 across 42 women of color owned businesses (46 total). The impact is way beyond monetary too. Watch videos to learn more on our youtube channel.

Since July 2022, we’ve been fortunate to combine your donations with the following sponsors to increase our impact in the community.
