I am writing this with a heavy heart. I don't like to ask for help and have always fought my own battles, but some battles are to big for one man to fight alone. I am the father of three amazing children. My youngest lives out of state and in March 2021 I petitioned for four additional weeks of summer vacation with him. This seemed like a fair and reasonable request but since that date our lives have been turned upside down. I am now being charged with false allegations and have not seen my 9 year old since I filed for more time. This fight has gotten so bad that I now find myself needing to defend myself in court and the legal fees have exceeded my financial means. These false allegations are destroying my life, and the negative impact it has had on my older children is heartbreaking. I need help proving my innocence and getting my little guy back in our life and family, any amount you can contribute will help me pay my lawyers and will be so much appreciated.
