Hello and welcome,

We have created this fundraising campaign in honor of our mother, Miriam bas Moshe Yaakov Ha’Cohen. We are writing a Torah in her memory, and we wanted to invite you to join us in paying tribute to the life of the woman and mother we all knew and loved.

Miriam Slater was a mother to all, dedicating her day to helping not only her children excel in school but others as well. Miriam dedicated her days to bringing happiness to all around her with her limitless energy and love. She touched hearts through her good deeds, and tirelessly looked after her own family; but she made everyone she knew her family. She was always busy - babysitting, teaching, sewing, running auctions, researching, yet never too busy to stop and help anyone who needed - meeting new people everywhere she went, her soul touched everything she did.

There is no amount too small or large. The following will get these specific parts of the Torah:

$36 for a letter

$72 for a word

$180 for a pasuk

$360 for a paragraph

$720 for a parsha

$4,500 for the crown

$18,000 for a Sefer
