Wrenthorpe Rangers Men’s Team are proud to dedicate our 2025/26 Sunday League season to raising vital funds for Wakefield Hospice — a local charity providing specialist care for people living with life-limiting illnesses.
The hospice’s main priority is to achieve the best possible quality of life for patients, while supporting their families during illness and through bereavement. Their team offers expert care, compassion, and dignity every step of the way — making a lasting difference for people across Wakefield and the surrounding communities.
As a grassroots football club rooted in the heart of Wrenthorpe, we believe in using the power of sport to unite people and give back. Our mission goes beyond the pitch: we strive to support local causes, promote community spirit, and inspire positive change wherever we can.
Throughout the 2025/26 season, we’ll be running a number of fundraising activities, all building towards a special Charity Matchday to celebrate our efforts and raise even more for the hospice.
Follow along on Instagram to follow the all latest fundraising events.
Every donation, big or small, will go directly to Wakefield Hospice to help them continue their extraordinary work.
Join us, back the cause, and support something truly meaningful this season.
Together, we play for more than points — we play for our community.
