❤️We Need Our Community—Just This Once

Last month, our worst nightmare hit. A water main broke above the ceiling while we were working.

Within minutes, boiling water poured through the restaurant, collapsing tiles, flooding our kitchen, dining room, hotel lobby—even the gym and elevator below. We were left with over four inches of standing water, damages everywhere, and an uncertain future.

We’re a new restaurant, only six months in. We’ve given everything to build something special here—fresh food, good people, and a space we’re proud of.

Insurance will help eventually, but it’s slow, and right now we’re at risk of losing our liquor license if we don’t reopen soon.
