Today, I received a call from my little cousin, Lizzy, with some horrible news. She informed me that her mother, Tammy, was recently diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Since September, Tammy has been in and out of the hospital. At this time, she has chosen to go home under hospice care.

Tammy and Liz are short on this month's rent because both have been unable to work. We all know how quickly bills back up. In addition to living expenses, burial/cremation expenses are imminent.

Please help with what you can so that my little cousin can focus on taking care of her mom while not worrying as much about daily expenses, and my cousin, Tammy, can relax and depart this world with grace, dignity, and love.
