WHITE PONY EXPRESS NEEDS FUNDS TO SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL PANTRY PROGRAM
California has the highest percentage of children living in poverty of any state in the nation: 40,000 children don't get enough to eat and many low-income families have to choose between paying rent and putting meals on the table.

WPE School Pantries are like grocery stores at school where hungry families can shop for fresh food free of charge with warm fellowship, recipe-sharing, and solidarity – no questions asked. We have 12 School Pantries in operation and our goal is to have a Pantry in every under-resourced school in the county. Each pantry costs $35k to operate each year.
