On Tuesday 2nd September, the Workman Birmingham office is taking on a new challenge – walking up Kinder Scout, the highest point in the Peak District, to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Following the incredible success of our Mount Snowdon charity climb last year, where we raised over £1,800, we’re proud to continue our efforts in giving back to the community. This year, we’re supporting Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity that provides vital care and support to young people facing cancer.
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for 13–24-year-olds diagnosed with cancer. Their specialist nurses, youth workers and hospital units create an environment where young people can feel understood and supported throughout their treatment.
At Workman, we believe in challenging ourselves as a team while making a positive difference to others. By coming together for this challenge, we hope to raise awareness and funds for the incredible work Teenage Cancer Trust does across the country. We’re proud that this charity is being supported by Workman as part of our wider commitment to social value and community impact.
Any donation – big or small – will help make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families. Thank you for your support!
